Is there a reason why you are targeting this at the highs branch instead of master?

OK, I see you are making some changes related to highs, but could we just keep it simple for now and make the minimal changes needed for Python 3.13 and 3.14 support in master?

Hi @tkralphs indeed I made some changes to the high branch, because we are using some features from this branch. I will create a different branch to bring the changes to main.

I think the highs branch has been merged to main already a long time ago, and is now 5 commits behind main.

Note also that we have added some additional bugfixes related to the HiGHS interface on our fork of python-mip: master...Doing-The-Math:python-mip:main
